As a charity, the British Yemeni Society is dependent on the annual membership donations of its members and on donations from generous individuals to fund its activities. It is proud to have 220 members, including members of Yemeni communities in the UK, diplomats, academics, business people, artists and others with an interest in Yemen. The Society warmly welcomes members regardless of their origin or where they are based; it is not a requirement that members are either Yemeni or British or are based in the UK.
n
By joining the Society you will not only contribute to support the Society's valuable work, but you will also enjoy access to our academic and cultural events, receive a hard copy of our Journal each year and have the opportunity to meet and socialise with fellow Yemen enthusiasts.
n
The Society offers three different membership options: ordinary, student and corporate. The membership rates, application process and payment details are provided below. Should you have any questions regarding membership, please do not hesitate to contact the Membership Secretary, Dr Robert Wilson, at: membership@British Yemeni Society.org.uk
